Identity and scope

These terms govern direct bookings of hotel accommodation services with Le Tomino, located at 13 Girasca, 20248 Tomino, France, in particular through its online booking engine. They apply to consumer customers.

Booking and confirmation

Before booking, the customer reviews the features of the room, the dates of the stay, the occupancy, the price, the services included and the applicable rate conditions. The customer checks that the information entered is accurate.

For an online booking, the customer selects the stay and any extras, checks the summary, accepts the applicable terms and then confirms the order with an obligation to pay.

A Visa or Mastercard credit card is required to book online. Payment is processed on the secure interface of the payment service provider.

The booking is confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the accommodation and extras booked, excluding tourist tax. The balance is payable on arrival.

A confirmation is sent to the customer by email, together with a summary of the stay and the applicable contractual terms on a durable medium. The customer is advised to keep these documents and to report any error to the hotel promptly.

Prices and services

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, except for the tourist tax, which is shown separately.

The price applied is the one accepted by the customer at the time of booking. The services included and any extras are detailed before confirmation. Breakfast is charged as an extra.

The tourist tax is calculated according to local rules and applicable exemptions. Its amount and terms of payment are communicated before booking.

Any additional consumption or services ordered during the stay are charged separately.

Special offers

Certain offers, in particular early booking offers, may provide for specific terms of payment, modification, cancellation and refund.

These terms are set out in the offer, communicated to the customer before the booking is confirmed and restated in the confirmation. For the matters concerned, they prevail over these general terms and conditions. The other provisions of these terms remain applicable.

No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, bookings of hotel accommodation services for a specific date or period are not subject to the fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

The customer retains the cancellation and modification options set out below, subject to the applicable legal provisions.

Cancellation

Any cancellation request must be sent in writing to direction@letomino.com. The date on which the hotel receives the request determines the applicable charges.

Periods are calculated in calendar days as the difference between the scheduled arrival date and the date the request is received, according to the hotel’s local time.

The cancellation terms are as follows:

• 60 days or more before the arrival date: free cancellation and full refund of the deposit.
• 30 to 59 days before the arrival date: a charge of 10% of the total price of the accommodation booked.
• 5 to 29 days before the arrival date: a charge of 30% of the total price of the accommodation booked.
• Less than 5 days before the arrival date, or in the event of a no-show: a charge of 100% of the total price of the accommodation booked.

Charges are calculated solely on the price of the accommodation, excluding extras and tourist tax, and are non-refundable.

Extras are not charged in the event of cancellation or no-show. Any amount already paid for these extras is refunded in full. The tourist tax is not due for nights not stayed.

Amounts already paid for the accommodation are deducted from the cancellation charges; they are not added to them. Any surplus is refunded to the customer. If the charges exceed the amounts already paid for the accommodation, the difference remains due.

Changes and early departure

Any change request must be sent by email to direction@letomino.com or made by telephone on 04 95 46 35 98.

Changes are subject to availability and to written confirmation by the hotel, including when the request is made by telephone. Any consequences for the price and booking terms are communicated to the customer before acceptance. A change request does not, in itself, alter the original booking.

In the event of early departure during the stay, the price of the accommodation originally booked remains due. The tourist tax is calculated on the nights actually stayed.

Arrival and departure

Rooms at Le Tomino are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the hotel.

The customer is asked to inform the hotel in advance of a late arrival or a very early departure so that arrangements can be made.

The maximum occupancy of the room booked must be respected. Special requests are subject to confirmation by the hotel.

Conditions of stay

All rooms are non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed, subject to the legal obligations applicable to guide and assistance dogs.

The customer respects the safety rules, the hotel’s equipment and the peace and quiet of other guests.

Language
